Unbelievably long waits on 2 occasions even with appointments made in advance. Very small waiting room packed with sick people, some people having to wait outside because waiting room was so full. I received a bill for the first time 2 years after services, which is illegal in Texas. I called their biller and they confirmed I was never billed for 2 years. Then they sent the bill to collections. I called and left messages with their office many times without ever being called back. Please don't support this doctor, read recent reviews.

The wait was okay but overall the visit was not that great . The nurses are really helpful and nice but dr.sudhir was not really helpful for my sons first year appointment I felt like he didn’t give me a lot of information such as what my son can eat or can’t eat . The doctor just came in checked his heart rate and told us that my son needs his blood drawn but didn’t say the reason why … overall I wouldn’t recommend going here .

Never in my life did I think I would be catfished by a doctor's office. I booked an appointment through Zocdoc for Dr Sudhir R. Gogu when my daughter had a cold on a Sunday. We were advised there would be a normal visit copay, not after hours or urgent care. Arrived at the clinic after driving an hour across town and were informed it would be an after hours charge and I would have to call the manager another day to discuss it. The employee wouldn't even give me the manager's name and did not care at all. The actual visit was with a nurse practitioner when I specifically booked with a doctor. I am pretty certain he wasn't even in the office. The billing states the services were performed by the doctor. To my knowledge, that is insurance fraud. After many calls, I was finally able to speak with the manager and she said she would remove the after hours charge. Instead, they just sent my account to collections. Collections said that they cannot do anything and I have to speak with the manager. Save yourself time, money, and aggrevation and stay far away from this unprofessional and fraudulent company!

If I could give no stars I would! I’m about to sue Dr Gogu for medical malpractice, because I got 2 prescriptions that were not mine, and when I called the Drs office the woman at the first asks me well weren’t you here today? I told her no I wasn’t, and she goes you wear glasses right? I said yes and she goes yeah, you were hear today cause I took a picture of you, and I said I think I would know if I was their today, and she tells me your wearing a red shirt right? And I told her no I’m not, and I’ve been home all day, she got quiet and tells me well I’ll fix the situation. So that means they put someone else in my file, with their medical information and all our medical information can be seen through patient portal, so if I can see their medical info then they can see mine. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR!

HORRIBLE! Wait is horrible (IF they can find the appointment you’ll still wait well over an hour), hearing back for lab results (if they’re not lost) horrible, getting a refill- horrible. I wish I had read the reviews before choosing them. I have such a routine condition and now I’m out time, money and way past due for a medicine refill when I’ve done everything necessary.

Stone Oak Urgent Care & Family Practice has declined every year since I began going to them in 2006. It's "in and out" now, after an hour or better wait on most occasions. Also, their billing department is clueless! They have sent several bills to my insurance as "Emergency Room Visit" Dr. Gogu's facility is NOT an ER. In fact, he was my PCM, for quite sometime, yet, rarely billed as such...only as Urgent Care. Now, they are billing as an ER. NOPE!!

This journey of mine with diabetes has put a toll on me. Physically and emotionally. And stone oaks. And Dr Gogu has been my Doctor. Since. I came here from Minnesota. At first it was a little difficult understanding him. And how I see it. It’s a relationship Doctor and patient. you stick with them. I’m seeing the reviews, and I’ve been here as a patient. For few years now. Believe me, when I says this. All the reviews. Made on this office. Is either from front desk. How you were treated. We all get impatient. When things are not done quick enough. Having the right person handle your concerns will help just like mine did. Today March 7 2023 Monique Adams. Handled my situation. I was not hollering. When I was taking to front desk. I stayed calmed. I didn’t want to end up on TikTok or any social media platform. Being calm in a situation will helps. She overheard me and the front desk person. And spoke with me directly. Thank you Monique for resolving all my issues. I highly recommend this place.

This is the absolute worst doctor’s office I have ever been to in my 30 plus years on earth! I made an appt for 1, showed up at 12:30 wasn’t seen until 2:30!! When I asked the receptionist about what was taking so long she said its based on walk-ins not appts, so why even take them??!! I was finally able to see NP Mary, she was awesome, answered all of my questions and I left thinking I had found my new PCP. She is the only reason I went back for subsequent visits. My 2nd visit was with Dr Gogu and it was horrible. He was rude, short, and didn’t address any of my concerns. His response to me regarding whether I should get a prescription was “you tell me what you want to do”! I’m paying a doctor to tell him what to do instead of him doing his job and giving me advice?? The final straw was me having to wait over a week for a prescription to be called in, paying for follow-up appts due to their mistakes and waiting months to get a refund for a visit I didn’t have to pay for. I will definitely miss NP Mary but I will never go back to this office and would only recommend it to my worst enemy! Even then I would probably feel a little bit sorry for them.
